Email support@hotelbookingconfirmation.com with your booking reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.

Partial refunds

If you cancel after 24 hours but before the hotel's free-cancellation deadline (typically 24-48h before check-in), the booking can be cancelled at no cost — you keep the service fee.

What we don't refund

Cases where the booking was used (e.g., you checked in), or where cancellation occurred after the hotel's deadline incurring a no-show fee. These are clearly disclosed in your voucher's cancellation policy.
